Individual labor disputes of athletes and coaches
Individual labor disputes of athletes and coaches are considered by labor dispute commissions and courts, and may be referred to arbitration (arbitration proceedings) pursuant to an arbitration agreement between the employer and the athlete or coach, administered by a permanent arbitral institution established in accordance with Russian Federation legislation on arbitration (arbitration proceedings), as well as with the peculiarities established by legislation on physical culture and sport1.
