Decision on the Recognition of a Strike as Unlawful
The decision to recognize a strike as unlawful is made by the supreme courts of republics, territorial and regional courts, courts of cities of federal significance, courts of autonomous regions and autonomous okrugs upon the application of an employer or prosecutor1.
