Forest Guard
Forest protection is activities aimed at determining the condition of forests and the impact of natural and anthropogenic factors on them, as well as preventing, detecting, and halting violations by individuals present in the forest areas of requirements established in accordance with this Code, other federal laws, and other normative legal acts adopted in accordance with them, as well as laws and other normative legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of use, protection, safeguarding, reproduction of forests and forestry (hereinafter referred to as forest legislation requirements)1.
