Natural forest regeneration


Natural forest regeneration occurs as a result of natural processes and the implementation of measures to support natural forest regeneration, including the preservation of viable rooted saplings and young stands of main forest tree species during logging operations, care for saplings of main forest tree species, soil mineralization, as well as other activities provided for by forest regeneration rules1.
