Normative Act


An act possessing normative properties — cases concerning the challenge of acts by federal executive authorities in the field of patent rights and rights to plant variety achievements, rights to integrated circuit topologies, rights to trade secrets (know-how), rights to means of individualization of legal entities, goods, works, services and enterprises, rights to use results of intellectual activity as part of a single technology containing explanations of legislation and possessing normative properties (hereinafter — acts possessing normative properties)1.
