Participation in the activities of an organization that, in accordance with Russian legislation, has been recognized as terrorist — is punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of ten to twenty years with a fine of up to 500,000 rubles or in the amount of the convicted person's salary or other income for a period of up to three years, or without such a fine (ceased to be in force as of April 12, 2019)1.
