The inducement of an athlete to use substances and/or methods prohibited in sport


Inducement of an athlete to use substances and (or) methods prohibited in sport — for the purposes of this article, inducement of an athlete to use substances and (or) methods prohibited in sport means any intentional actions facilitating the use by the athlete of a prohibited substance and (or) prohibited method, including those carried out through deception, persuasion, advice, instructions, offers, provision of information or prohibited substances, means for applying prohibited methods, removal of obstacles to the use of prohibited substances and (or) prohibited methods (ceased to be in force as of 2019-04-12)1.

The inducement of an athlete to use substances and (or) methods prohibited in sports — any intentional actions that contribute to the use by the athlete of a prohibited substance and (or) prohibited method, including those carried out through deception, persuasion, advice, instructions, offers, provision of information, or prohibited substances, means for applying prohibited methods, removal of obstacles to the use of prohibited substances and (or) prohibited methods2.
