Extremist-oriented crime


Extremist-related crime — crimes committed on the grounds of political, ideological, racial, national or religious hatred or hostility, or on the grounds of hatred or hostility towards any particular social group, provided for by the relevant articles of the Special Part of this Code and paragraph "e" of part one of article 63 of this Code (ceased to be in force as of April 12, 2019)1.
