Violation of the established order of organizing or conducting a meeting, demonstration, march, or picket — note. A violation of the established order of organizing or conducting a meeting, demonstration, march, or picket, committed repeatedly by an individual, is recognized as such if this individual has previously been held administratively liable for committing administrative offenses provided for in Article 20.2 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses more than twice within one hundred and eighty days (ceased to be in force from April 12, 2019)1.
