A three-judge panel of the federal court of general jurisdiction
A collegiate body consisting of three judges of a federal court of general jurisdiction — criminal cases involving offenses provided for by Articles 205, 205.1, 205.2, 205.3, 205.4, 205.5, 206, Part IV of Article 211, Part I of Article 212, 275, 275.1, 276, 276.1, 278, 279, 280.2, 280.4, Parts II and III of Article 281, Articles 281.1 - 281.3 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code, as well as other criminal cases subject to district (naval) military courts in accordance with paragraphs 2 - 4 of Part VI of Article 31 of this Code, and criminal cases involving offenses provided for by Parts II of Article 105, Part III of Article 126, Parts III - V of Article 131, Parts III - V of Article 132, Parts IV - VI of Article 134, Parts I and III of Article 208, Article 209, Parts I, I.1, III and IV of Article 210, Article 210.1, Parts I - III of Article 211, Article 227, Part V of Article 228.1, Part IV of Article 229.1, Articles 277, Part I of Article 281, Articles 295, 317, 353 - 360 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code, provided that the accused has submitted a motion in accordance with Article 231 of this Code before the court session is scheduled1.
