Criminal acts committed by an individual entrepreneur in connection with the conduct of entrepreneurial activity and (or) management of property belonging to him, used for the purposes of entrepreneurial activity, provided for in Articles 20, 81.1, 108 and 164 of this Code — criminal acts committed by an individual entrepreneur during the conduct of independent activity carried out at his own risk, aimed at systematic profit-making from the use of property, sale of goods, performance of works or provision of services, and (or) in the management of property belonging to him used for the purposes of such activity1.
