Systematic non-performance of obligations


Systematic non-performance of obligations is considered to be the commission of prohibited actions or failure to perform prescribed actions by a conditionally convicted person more than two times within one year, or prolonged (more than 30 days) non-performance of obligations imposed on him by the court1.
