Average annual value of property recognized as a taxable object
The average annual value of property recognized as a taxable object is determined as the quotient obtained by dividing the amount resulting from the sum of the residual value of the property (excluding property for which the tax base is determined as its cadastral value) on the first day of each month of the tax period and on the last day of the tax period, by the number of months in the tax period increased by one1.
