Degree of reserves exploitation for a specific hydrocarbon deposit
The degree of depletion of reserves of a specific hydrocarbon deposit is calculated by the taxpayer in accordance with the data of the state balance of mineral reserves approved in the year preceding the tax period (ceased to be in force as of 2019-05-01)1.
The degree of depletion of reserves of a specific hydrocarbon deposit is calculated by the taxpayer independently based on data from the approved state balance of mineral reserves as the quotient obtained by dividing the amount of accumulated production of oil from the specific hydrocarbon deposit (including losses during extraction) as of the date of preparation of the state balance of mineral reserves by the initial recoverable reserves of oil, determined as the sum of recoverable reserves of all categories and accumulated production since the start of development of the specific hydrocarbon deposit as of the date of approval of the state balance of mineral reserves (ceased to be in force from 2019-05-01)2.
