Tr - the difference between the average actual tariff value for gas transportation services through main gas pipelines that are part of the Unified Gas Supply System within the territory of the Russian Federation in the year preceding the tax period, determined as the arithmetic mean of the actual tariff values for gas transportation services through main gas pipelines that are part of the Unified Gas Supply System within the territory of the Russian Federation, which were in effect each month of the year preceding the tax period year, and the calculated tariff value for gas transportation services for the year preceding the tax period year, determined as the product of the average actual tariff value for gas transportation services through main gas pipelines that are part of the Unified Gas Supply System within the territory of the Russian Federation in 2013 and a coefficient taking into account changes in consumer prices for goods (works, services) in the Russian Federation starting from 20131.
