Coefficient of Og


The Og coefficient is a coefficient determined as the ratio of the volume of natural fuel gas (excluding associated gas) extracted by organizations that are owners of objects of the Unified Gas Supply System, and/or organizations in which the owners of objects of the Unified Gas Supply System directly and/or indirectly participate with a combined participation share exceeding 50 percent (excluding organizations in which one of the participants with a share of not less than 50 percent is a Russian organization in which the owners of objects of the Unified Gas Supply System directly and/or indirectly participate with a combined participation share of less than 15 percent), during the 12 months preceding October 1 of the year preceding the tax period, to the volume of natural fuel gas (excluding associated gas) extracted by other taxpayers during the 12 months preceding October 1 of the year preceding the tax period1.
