Information Message

Information message — an information message presented by a taxpayer of one member state of the Eurasian Economic Union to a taxpayer of another member state of the Eurasian Economic Union or to a taxpayer of a state that is not a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, who is selling goods imported from the territory of another member state of the Eurasian Economic Union, signed by the head (individual entrepreneur) and stamped by the organization, containing the following information: the number identifying the person as a taxpayer of a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union; the full name of the taxpayer of a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union; the place of residence (location) of the taxpayer of a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union; the number and date of the contract (agreement) for the purchase of imported marked goods; the number and date of the specification. In the event that a taxpayer of a State which is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, from whom goods are acquired, is not the owner of the goods being sold (is acting as a commission agent, attorney, or agent), information must also be provided in relation to the owner of the marked goods. In the case of submitting an informational message in a foreign language, the mandatory presence of a translation into Russian is required. The informational message is not submitted if the information stipulated in this subpoint is contained in the contract (agreement) specified in subpoint 5 of this paragraph (ceased to be effective as of May 1, 2019)¹.
