Residual value of the specified depreciable asset
The residual value of the specified depreciable property is determined as the difference between its initial cost and the amount of depreciation accrued using the straight-line method in accordance with the rules of this chapter for a period equal to the number of months of operation of this asset up to the month in which the provisions of the Russian Federation legislation on taxes and fees began to be applied in relation to the taxpayer, and the depreciation accrued from that month inclusive in the order provided by this chapter1.
