Subject of the agreement on retention of employment
The subject of the employment preservation agreement is granting the organization that has entered into an employment preservation agreement the right to apply a rent coefficient (КРЕНТА) equal to 1 for the extraction of certain types of minerals specified in paragraph 4 of point 3 of this article, on the mineral deposits indicated in the employment preservation agreement, during the period of validity of such agreement, provided that the organization undertakes obligations to maintain the number of employees at a level not lower than that specified in the employment preservation agreement and to ensure the extraction of minerals for which the rent coefficient (КРЕНТА) equal to 1 is applied, in volumes and within the timeframes stipulated by the employment preservation agreement1.
