Coefficient KKS


The KKS coefficient — the KKS coefficient is calculated within the time limits established by this paragraph, using the following formula: KKS = 0.038 x (SKS / OKS), where SKS — the cost of extracted minerals for the tax period, determined in accordance with Article 340 of this Code; OKS — the quantity of extracted minerals for the tax period, determined in accordance with Article 339 of this Code. The KKS coefficient is determined in the order established by this paragraph within fifteen consecutive calendar years1.
