New mineral resource area


New mineral resource area — a mineral resource area located entirely within the boundaries of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation, on which the degree of depletion of reserves of a specific mineral is less than or equal to the value of 0.001 according to the data of the state balance of mineral reserves as of January 1, 2021, or such mineral is not present in the state balance of mineral reserves as of that date1.
