Dfin
DFIN is a coefficient that characterizes the share of financing in an investment agreement, and is taken to be equal to: 1 - in the case where the party to the investment agreement (new investment agreement) is the sole taxpayer-receiver of the investment surcharge for oil refining plants (KINV); the share of the taxpayer in the financing of the investment agreement (new investment agreement) (including loan and/or credit funds attracted by the taxpayer), as specified in the investment agreement (new investment agreement). If the aforementioned share of the taxpayer in the investment agreement (new investment agreement) is not specified, DFIN is taken to be equal to zero1.
