Payment of income in kind (exclusions)


Paying income in kind (exclusions) - the transfer by the tax agent of securities at the taxpayer's request, related to the execution by the taxpayer of transactions with securities, provided that the funds from such transactions have been fully received on an account (including a bank account) opened by the taxpayer with this tax agent, as well as the transfer (re-registration) of securities to a depositary account, under which ownership rights of this taxpayer are confirmed, opened at a depository operating in accordance with Russian Federation legislation (ceased to be effective from 2019-05-01)1.
