Foreign organization - operator of a new offshore hydrocarbon deposit - carrying out activities on the territory of the Russian Federation through more than one division (or recognized as such in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 306 of this Code), related to the extraction of hydrocarbons from the aforementioned new offshore hydrocarbon deposit¹.
