Shares of a certain category (type) granting shareholders more than one vote

Shares of a certain category (type) granting shareholders more than one vote — provision that shares of a certain category (type), granting shareholders their owners more than one vote, may belong only to certain persons (circle of persons) specified in the charter of the international company. In the event of transfer of rights to such shares to another person for any reason, including as a result of enforcement proceedings against them, such shares do not grant voting rights and special rights and powers, are not taken into account when determining the total number of voting shares, determination of quorum for decisions by the general meeting of shareholders, and when tallying votes (counting of votes), dividends are not accrued on them, and property to be distributed to shareholders upon liquidation of the international company is not allocated1.
