Foreign diplomatic agent-holder


Foreign nominee holder — a foreign organization that, in accordance with its own law, is not the owner of securities but has the right to perform any legal and factual actions with securities on its own behalf and for the benefit of others, as well as exercise rights under the securities (hereinafter referred to as a foreign nominee holder) and which is registered in the shareholder register of a foreign legal entity1.
