Risk Management System Implementation Strategy
The tactics of applying the risk management system define a set of methods and procedures of the risk management system, as well as the order of functioning of the risk management system and implementation of the risk management process, including the order of actions by customs officials when assessing risks, developing, coordinating, approving, transmitting to customs authorities, identifying, updating, and canceling risk profiles, applying measures to minimize risks contained in risk profiles, and taking into account the results thereof1.
The tactics of applying the risk management system is determined by the federal executive authority performing functions of control and supervision in the field of customs affairs, is classified as confidential information and shall not be disclosed, except in cases where such information is necessary for state authorities to perform tasks assigned to them by the legislation of the Russian Federation2.
