The confirmation of the payer's fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes and other payments, the collection of which is assigned to customs authorities — is an electronic document confirming the performance of an operation involving the transfer of funds using software and (or) technical means (devices) within the framework of a payment system, the operator of which is the customs payment operator, to the account of the Federal Treasury1.
