The person who has accepted the decision on processing goods within the customs territory
The person who has accepted the permit for processing goods within the customs territory enjoys rights and bears obligations regarding compliance with the conditions of placing foreign goods under the customs procedure of processing within the customs territory and their use in accordance with such customs procedure, as established by international agreements and acts in the field of customs regulation and the legislation of the Russian Federation on customs regulation, from the day the customs authority issues a decision to grant them the permit for processing goods within the customs territory1.
