Maximum ceiling price
The maximum ceiling price is the highest value of the market price interval determined in accordance with Chapter 14-3 of this Code, without taking into account the aforementioned maximum ceiling price. Otherwise, the market price interval is considered to be an interval whose maximum value equals this maximum ceiling price (ceased to be effective as of May 1, 2019)1.
