External debt obligations


External debt obligations — financial (debt) obligations of foreign states and (or) foreign legal entities towards the Russian Federation, arising in connection with the provision of state credits by the former USSR or the Russian Federation, exports from the former USSR during the period up to January 1, 1991, goods and services, assignment in favor of the Russian Federation of claims under financial (debt) obligations of foreign states and (or) foreign legal entities, as well as in connection with the placement of federal budget funds carried out in accordance with Chapter 13.2 of this Code1.
