Control Monitoring


Monitoring control — a method of carrying out internal state (municipal) financial control, in addition to the methods specified in paragraph 1 of this article, is monitoring control1.

Control monitoring refers to the interaction between the Federal Treasury and the entity under monitoring aimed at ensuring that the entity under monitoring complies with the provisions of legal acts, including requirements and recommendations for their compliance, terms of agreements (arrangements), state (municipal) contracts within the powers defined in paragraph 1 of article 269.2 of this Code (hereinafter - subject of control monitoring), carried out on the basis of an agreement to conduct control monitoring in electronic form using information systems in accordance with Russian Federation legislation on information, information technologies and on the protection of information, as well as Russian Federation legislation on state and other legally protected secrets2.
