Subventions to the budgets of territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance from the budget of the Federal Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance
Subsidies to the budgets of territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance from the budget of the Federal Fund of compulsory medical insurance are inter-budget transfers provided to the budgets of territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance for the purpose of financial support of expenditure obligations of the subjects of the Russian Federation arising in the performance of the powers of the Russian Federation in the field of compulsory medical insurance, transferred for implementation by the state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation by federal laws1.
