Mutual settlements
Inter-budgetary settlements — operations involving the transfer of funds between budgets at different levels of the Russian Federation budget system, related to changes in the tax and budget legislation of the Russian Federation, the transfer of powers relating to the financing of expenditures or the transfer of revenues that occurred after the adoption of the law (decision) on the budget and not taken into account by the law (decision) on the budget (ceased to be in force as of 1999-12-31)1.
