Target foreign credit
Target foreign credit - a form of financing projects included in the program of state external borrowings of the Russian Federation, which involves providing funds in foreign currency on a repayable and remunerative basis through the payment of goods, works, and services in accordance with the objectives of these projects. Target foreign credits include credits from foreign states, foreign legal entities, as well as non-financial credits from international financial organizations1.
