Budget Estimate of Income and Expenditures of a Settlement or Other Territory That Is Not a Municipal Formation

The budget estimate of revenues and expenditures of a populated area or another territory that is not a municipal formation — the approved plan of revenues and expenditures of the manager (chief manager) of local budget funds authorized by the local administration of a city, rural settlement, intra-city district, municipal district (in relation to a populated area or other territory located on inter-settlement territory), municipal district, city district, intra-city municipal formation of a federal-level city of Moscow, Saint Petersburg or Sevastopol, carried out in this populated area or on another territory that is part of the territory of a city or rural settlement, within the city district, municipal district (in relation to a populated place, other territory located on intermunicipal territory), municipal okrug, urban okrug, intra-city municipal formation of the city of federal significance Moscow, Saint Petersburg or Sevastopol, separate functions of the local administration1.
