Restructuring of a Monetary Obligation


Restructuring of a monetary obligation — changes to the terms of performance of a monetary obligation (repayment of debt under it), based on an agreement, involving changes to the timing (including granting a deferral or installment plan) of performance of the monetary obligation (repayment of debt under it), changes to the amount of interest for the use of funds and (or) other payments1.
