Level of Calculated Budgetary Provision of Municipal Districts


The level of calculated budgetary provision of municipal districts is determined by the ratio of tax revenues per capita that can be obtained by the budget of a municipal district (municipal area, city district, city district with intra-city division) or the consolidated budget of a municipal district (budget of a municipal area, budget of a city district, consolidated budget of a city district with intra-city division), taking into account the level of economic development and structure, and (or) tax base (tax potential), and the corresponding indicator on average for municipal districts (municipal areas, city districts, city districts with intra-city division) of this subject of the Russian Federation, considering differences in population structure, socio-economic, climatic, geographical, and other objective factors and conditions affecting the cost of providing municipal services per capita1.
