Subsidies to the budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation from the budget of a subject of the Russian Federation

Subsidies to the budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation from the budget of a subject of the Russian Federation - inter-budget transfers provided by the budget of one subject of the Russian Federation to the budget of another subject of the Russian Federation for co-financing expenditure obligations in carrying out the powers of state authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation in matters within the jurisdiction of subjects of the Russian Federation and matters of joint jurisdiction of the Russian Federation and subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as expenditure obligations arising from the performance of the powers of local self-government bodies in resolving issues of local significance, including in order to ensure the implementation of agreements on interregional cooperation for joint development of infrastructure, the procedure for concluding which is determined by the law of a subject of the Russian Federation and (or) normative legal acts of the highest executive body of a subject of the Russian Federation in accordance with general requirements established by the Government of the Russian Federation1.
