Subsidies to the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation and local budgets from the budget of a federal territory - inter-budget transfers provided to the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation and local budgets in order to finance expenditure obligations of the subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal formations arising when performing the powers of a federal territory, transferred for implementation by the state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation and local self-government bodies in accordance with agreements between the public authority bodies of the federal territory and the state authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation and local self-government bodies, concluded in accordance with the procedure established by the federal law on the federal territory1.
