Home for Children
2. A children's home is an independent medical organization established for round-the-clock care, upbringing, provision of medical and social assistance, comprehensive medical-psychological and pedagogical rehabilitation, and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of children from birth up to four years of age inclusive who have been left without parental care, as well as children who have parents (legal representatives) and are temporarily placed in a children's home in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as children)

1. A children's home is established to provide medical, pedagogical and social assistance to orphans and children left without parental care. Children are raised in a children's home from birth up to the age of four.
2. A children's home is a medical and preventive institution providing medical care, including rehabilitative treatment, as well as comprehensive medical, psychological, and pedagogical rehabilitation using modern technologies
