Volume of overdue debt under financial obligations of a subject of the Russian Federation, municipal formation

The amount of overdue debt under the obligations of a subject of the Russian Federation or a municipal formation is the total amount of unfulfilled obligations of a subject of the Russian Federation or a municipal formation that have become due, including the amount of obligations for repayment of the loan (credit) sum, payment of interest on the loan (credit), and other payments provided for by the terms of the loan (credit), agreements (contracts) concluded on behalf of a subject of the Russian Federation or a municipal formation, as well as the amount of obligations for fulfillment of state guarantees of a subject of the Russian Federation, municipal guarantees, and other debt obligations of a subject of the Russian Federation or a municipal formation. The amount of overdue debt of a subject of the Russian Federation or a municipal formation also includes the amount of penalty (fines, interest) accrued for the delay in fulfilling the debt obligations1.
