Average monthly amount of obligations for payment

The average monthly amount of obligations for payment is determined by the utility provider or the regional operator responsible for handling solid municipal waste by dividing the total amount of obligations of the entity managing a multi-apartment building under the supply agreement or the service agreement for handling solid municipal waste over twelve months preceding the date of sending the notice of unilateral termination of the supply agreement or the service agreement for handling solid municipal waste, by twelve. In the event that the resource supply contract or the service contract for handling solid municipal waste has been performed for less than twelve months, the average monthly amount of obligations for payment under the resource supply contract or the service contract for handling solid municipal waste is determined by dividing the total amount of obligations of the entity managing the multi-apartment building during the period of validity of the resource supply contract or the service contract for handling solid municipal waste by the number of months during which these contracts were in effect1.
