Evidence in an administrative offense case


Evidence in an administrative offense case are any factual data on the basis of which a judge, authority, or official responsible for the case determine the presence or absence of an administrative offense, the guilt of the person held administratively liable, as well as other circumstances relevant to the proper resolution of the case1.
