Disqualification
Disqualification involves depriving an individual of the right to hold positions in federal civil service, positions in the civil service of a subject of the Russian Federation, municipal service positions, to occupy positions in the executive management body of a legal entity, to be a member of the board of directors (supervisory board), to engage in entrepreneurial activity involving the management of a legal entity, to manage a legal entity in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, or to provide (assist in providing) state and municipal services, or to engage in activities related to the preparation of athletes (including their medical support) and the organization and conduct of sports events, or to engage in activities in the field of industrial safety expertise, or to engage in activities in the field of technical inspection of vehicles, or to engage in activity in the field of independent fire risk assessment (fire safety audit), or to carry out design activities for fire safety equipment in buildings and structures that have been put into operation, or to conduct expertise in the area of procurement of goods, works, and services for state and municipal needs, or to engage in medical or pharmaceutical activities, or to carry out activities in the field of managing multi-apartment buildings1.
