Person performing managerial functions in an organization


A person performing managerial functions in an organization is a person performing the functions of a sole executive body, a member of the board of directors or another collegial executive body, as well as a person who regularly, temporarily, or on a special mandate performs organizational-dispositional or administrative-economic functions in this organization1.
