RN "Soyuz-ST" - Soyuz-ST launch vehicle - a launch vehicle from the Soyuz family of launch vehicles produced in Russia under the supervision of Roscosmos, representing the Soyuz-2.1a or Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle equipped with the "Fregat" upper stage and the ST payload fairing, adapted for launches from the Guiana Space Centre and the Baikonur Cosmodrome, as well as its possible modifications determined, adopted and financed by mutual agreement between Roscosmos, CNES, ESA and the launch operator
