Area with Limited Time for Cargo Delivery
Territory with limited cargo delivery periods — territories located within the boundaries of municipal formations, in which due to geographical, natural-climatic, and infrastructure characteristics, there is no technical possibility of year-round uninterrupted transport communication via roadways with at least one municipal formation not belonging to these territories1.
