Minors removed for compulsory labor


Measures of social support provided by paragraph 8 of article 15 of the Federal Law of August 22, 2004, No. 122-FZ "On Amending Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation and Declaring Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation as Lapsed in Connection with the Adoption of Federal Laws 'On Amending and Supplementing the Federal Law 'On General Principles of Organization of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of State Authority of Subjects of the Russian Federation' and 'On General Principles of Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation'", are provided to minors who, during the Great Patriotic War and World War II, were forcibly evacuated from the territory of the USSR for compulsory labor to the territory of Germany or its allies that were at war with the USSR, or to the territories of other countries occupied by them1.
