Children born in places of compulsory detention — measures of social support established by paragraph 8 of Article 154 of the Federal Law dated August 22, 2004, No. 122-FZ "On Amending Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation and Declaring Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation as Lapsed in Connection with the Adoption of Federal Laws 'On Amending and Supplementing the Federal Law 'On General Principles of Organization of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of State Authority of Subjects of the Russian Federation' and 'On General Principles of Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation'", are provided ... to children who during the Great Patriotic War and World War II were born in places of compulsory detention of their parents and serving compulsory labor by their parents1.
